Padlet

Padlet (formerly Wallwisher) allows multiple users to post ideas on a "wall." In addition, pictures and files can easily be added by dragging and dropping them into the wall space. A login is not required to access the walls. Users simply double-tap the wall to type. Padlet walls are accessible on a computer or mobile device by accessing the Padlet app ( Android | iOS ). The wall's designated URL can be shared to give others access for collaborative projects and brainstorming sessions. Padlet provides a great place to create formative assessment tools. If you want to add a little engagement to your class, Mentimeter  is the tool for you! With their many slide templates to choose from, students will finally have a reason to utilize their mobile devices for learning! First, sign up for a teacher account here . Next, click the  button. Once your account has been created, dive into your first presentation.  Click the  button. If you've not noticed, students love video and photo media!  So, instead of fighting their interest in apps such as Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter, educators may consider leveraging this interest in utilizing video for eduational, more meaningful purposes.   Flipgrid  has made this idea so easy.  Teachers can push out video, audio, or text prompts and collect student response videos in an instant!  To sign up for a  flipgrid  account, click  here  and follow the prompts.
